A lifelong resident of Clark County, Washington, Ms. Gascon graduated from Hudson’s Bay High School and Portland State University with a Bachelor of Science in Sociology. Ms. Gascon completed the Law Clerk Program through the Washington State Bar Association, and was subsequently admitted to the Washington State Bar Association. Ms. Gascon is a member in good standing with the Washington State and Clark County Bar Associations.
Ms. Gascon’s practice includes all aspects of family law including divorce, legal separation, parenting plan and child support modifications, and paternity/parentage cases, together with estate planning, probate, traffic infractions and vacating/expunging criminal records. Ms. Gascon’s background includes prosecuting misdemeanor and gross misdemeanor crimes for the cities of Battle Ground, LaCenter and Ridgefield. Prior to becoming an attorney, Ms. Gascon worked as a paralegal for over 10 years working in domestic relations, real estate, business, estate planning and probate.
Ms. Gascon is married and has two children. In her spare time, Ms. Gascon enjoys snow skiing and home remodeling.
